- Visible inequalities/deprivation in spaces of differing areas (West Croydon and East Croydon)
- Closing down of retailers in Town Centre
- Lack of wide pathways for pedestrians
- No friendly cycling schemes
- Open more coffee shops that are independent! - not multinational companies
- No independent clothing retailer
- Not many charity shops"
