Memories of Whitgift and places to work and study

"I have been coming to Croydon to do shopping from a very young age. Over the years the one thing I can tell is that Croydon has got very boring and is isolated. I remember from being a kid, Whitgift Town Centre used [to] have games everywhere, face paints stalls. It was a lot more lively. I think to attract the younger audience more games for them to join.

I think for teenagers, quiet working areas would be nice. I'm currently studying for my A-levels and I would prefer to study outside of home than at home. However Croydon Library isn't the most comfortable place to study. So I think either making the Library a more aesthetic and comfortable place or opening up a new quiet working space in one of the unused place[s]."
