Croydon Town Centre Regeneration Strategy: Interactive Exhibition
Thank you for your input on the Croydon Town Centre Regeneration Strategy to date. We have heard from nearly 1,900 of you in the community and your input has helped shaped the emerging vision for the future town centre.
Next our project team would like your input to identify the specific projects that are needed to make this vision happen. An interactive display at the Croydon Urban Room will offer visitors the opportunity to review suggestions and contribute ideas for interventions and where they are needed in the town centre. So come take a look and add your thoughts!
Our project specific drop-ins at the Croydon Urban Room will run every Thursday (10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm) for the duration of this exhibition. Do come and speak to one of the Council's Regeneration Team about the project. The Team will be on hand to take you through the display and listen to your comments, thoughts, and queries. In case you cannot make these drop-ins, our Urban Room Coordinator is available to welcome you during the Urban Room opening hours.
You can also review the proposals and send us your input online by clicking the link here.
Free and open to all; please visit the exhibition at the Croydon Urban Room, Units 161-162 & 1161-1162, Whitgift Centre, Croydon CR01UQ.

Croydon Council is creating a new strategy to underpin the regeneration being planned for the town centre. A series of creative activities provide opportunities for the community, businesses and partners to get involved. This exhibition is complimented by a series of workshops facilitated by local arts charity Turf Projects, who are part of a multi-disciplinary team led by We Made That, working with Croydon Council in partnership with the GLA. The engagement is taking place from November 2023 into Autumn 2024.
