Come and join us for a day of festive activities, to say thank you for your input on the Croydon Town Centre Regeneration Strategy so far and to input into next stages of the strategy. We have heard from nearly 1,900 of you on the vision for the future town centre!

We have teamed up with A Very Croydon Christmas, to offer a series of interactive and creative workshops:

Crafty Croydon: Make Your Own Greetings Card
10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Pop in at any time, to make greetings cards inspired by your favourite places in Croydon. Get creative with drawing, collage, and more. Suitable for children aged 5-12, but all are welcome!

Curious about how AI can help to demystify complex documents? Join a practical workshop to learn about the principles of AI, and test out your new skills, by quizzing the Croydon Town Centre Strategy.

We will have an interactive display, featuring proposals from the Croydon Town Centre Regeneration Strategy for how spaces and activities may need to change to make the vision for the town centre a reality. While you are here, you can learn more about these ideas, and share your thoughts.

Members of the Project Team and the Council's Regeneration Team will be on hand, to take you through the ideas that have been shared so far, and listen to your comments, thoughts, and queries

Croydon Council is creating a new strategy to underpin the regeneration being planned for the town centre. A series of creative activities provide opportunities for the community, businesses and partners to get involved. This exhibition is complimented by a series of workshops facilitated by local arts charity Turf Projects, who are part of a multi-disciplinary team led by We Made That, working with Croydon Council in partnership with the GLA. The engagement is taking place from November 2023 into Autumn 2024.
